Jeffrey D. Ravetz
Mr. Ravetz is the President of Girona Ventures and has spent his entire career acquiring commercial properties and adding value through recapitalization, capital improvements, changing a properties use, implementing tax benefit programs, remediating environmental hazards, coordinating efficient lease-up, re-tenanting and other creative value-add enhancements. Prior to Girona Ventures, Mr. Ravetz was a principal of Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, a Long Island based real estate investment company which has owned and operated approximately 4,000,000 SF. Since 1990, Mr. Ravetz has also been a principal with DNC Capital, a New York based real estate investment banking concern. Through DNC, Mr. Ravetz has participated in the acquisition and financing of multifamily, office and retail properties totaling in excess of two million sf. These properties are located in Texas, New York, Oklahoma, Californina, Nebraska and Arizona. Previously, Jeffrey was responsible for acquisition and financing at Time Equities, the national real estate investment firm based in New York. Prior to Time Equities, Mr. Ravetz was a small business strategist at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. Jeffrey received his B.S. in Economics and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, and is both a New York licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker.
Chris joined Girona Ventures in 2016 as an Associate. He is intimately involved in all aspects of Girona's projects, however his main focus is analyzing the financial performance of potential projects, and assisting in the management of owned properties. Prior to joining Girona Ventures, Chris was a part of one of the leading New York City Commercial Capital Advisory firms. There he underwrote all property types for both debt and equity investments, on a national scale. Chris received his B.S. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and his Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Chris is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
