Founder/President
Jeffrey Ravetz
Since 1990, as a principal in Girona Ventures,
Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures and DNC Capital, Jeffrey has been responsible for the acquisition and redevelopment of multifamily, office, and retail properties throughout the US totaling in excess of ten million sf.
Prior to the above RE ventures, Jeffrey was responsible for acquisition and financing at Time Equities and before that, a small business strategist at Deloitte. Jeffrey received his B.S. in Economics and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and is both a New York licensed Certified Public
Accountant and Real Estate Broker.
Jeffrey is also an adjunct instructor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies and Schack School and a member of RESA (The Real Estate Services Alliance). Additionally, Jeffrey serves on the board of trustees of Congregation Rodeph Sholom, is Vice-Chairman of New York Edge, the
largest after-school learning program in NYC, and is a judge and mentor in the Wharton and NYU
New Venture Programs.
Analyst
Gabriel Ravetz
Gabe is a recent graduate of Wesleyan University ('23). He studied psychology and was a member of the varsity basketball team, where he finished his career as a one thousand-point scorer and the all-time leading three-point shooter. Upon graduation, Gabe accepted a contract and played basketball in the Israeli professional league.
During his time at Wesleyan, Gabe held a full-time position as NCAA Growth Lead for an early-stage sports coaching platform. He also served as a TA for his university "Startup Incubator" course and has held multiple internship roles with various venture firms. Most recently, he led research in Web3 practical use cases for Expanding Capital.
In his free time, Gabe also runs his own basketball coaching business where he works with kids aged 12-17 and is the head coach at a middle school in South Miami.
